Fusion Pro Series Fabricated 9"/10" 40 spline axle assembly. Deisgned for situations when failure is not an option. Call or email your specs as these are built to order.

No watered-down 40 spline here.   What it's not: it's not machined from billet, it's over-bored spindles with paper thin walls, it's not double splined axle shafts with drive flanges, and it's not lacking a warranty.

What it is:

• Forged 4340 chromoly axle shafts, heat treated and induction hardened - legit one piece axle shafts
• Massive forged 4340 chromoly spindles (making D80 spindles look weak since 2019)
• Equally massive 4340 forged hubs, because failure is not an option
• A 40 spline assembly with a real warranty (friends don't let friends buy 40 spline that doesn't have a warranty...)
• This setup will require a 3rd member with a 40 spline spool or Competition ARB. See our complete 3rd members!

What's included:

• Fusion Pro Housing: it's as good as it gets with 3.5" tubes and works with 10" gears
• Fusion 40 Spline Roller assembly (spindles, hubs, axle shafts, and complete bearing and seal kit)
• 1 ton brake kit with parking brake assembly, unless you don't want it and then you will same some money
• Everything you need other than a 3rd member
