TECH NOTE: This axle is built with 2007-2018 Jeep JK inner Knuckle Cs. It requires the use of JK Knuckles, JK unit bearings, and JK Brakes. The axle will be JK width (5" wider than OE TJ/LJ). TJ/LJ brackets can be added, which will make the axle direct bolt-in to a TJ/LJ. Uses a 5x5 lug pattern for wheels.

• Fusion Heavy Duty High Pinion 44 C-to-C Axle Housing
• Fusion Heavy Duty Forged JK Inner Cs (Requires the use of 2007-2018 Jeep JK knuckles, unit bearings, and brakes)
• High strength 44 center casting utilizing the larger  and stronger Jeep JK Rubicon Ring and pinion (often referred to as 489 gears)
• Fusion Heavy Duty Nodular Iron Differential Cover
• Large 3.0" diameter DOM axle tubes with 1/2" wall thickness
• 65.5" Width (OE JK Width - 5" wider than OE TJ/LJ)
• Optional heavy duty 1/4" laser cut and CNC bent brackets with Johnny Joint Upper Control Arm Bushings
• Designed and manufactured in the USA
• Increased Caster for a total of 12 degrees of separation compared to 6 degrees on a stock axle (e.g. 5 degrees of caster and 5 degree positive pinion angle) - custom adjustment available
• Accepts the factory JK knuckles or after market high steer knuckles
• 30 Spline Inner and 32 Spline Outer 4340 Chromoly Axle shafts
