Fusion is excited to introduce the ultimate axle shaft kit for your 2005-2016 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty Dana 60 front axle (also available in custom lengths and custom stub shafts for most applications that accommodate 1550 axle shafts). The axle shafts themselves are forged from high strength 4340 chromoly, and heat treated for the unparalleled strength, toughness, and ductility. They are available in both 35 and 40 spline. The Super Duty 35 Spline axle shaft kit is a direct OE replacement kit. Stub shafts are compatible with OE applications and are compatible with the knuckle vacuum seal and unit bearing for the Super Duty 60 axles.
Two u-joint options are available to pair with our axle shafts. We offer Spicer SPL70-1550XC Non-Greasable Blue-Coated U-Joints and include an upgrade to full circle snap rings. Spicer Life Series U-Joints are case hardened and heat treated for strength and durability. The high-performance, high-durability coating is proven to stand up to the corrosive effects of the elements better than uncoated options. For race and hardcore off-road applications, we offer billet chromoly Branik Legacy Pro Series 1550 U-Joints. They are machined, heat-treated, cryogenic treated, and surface treated for supreme strength. The steel-on-steel cap design allows enough room for grease, which provides increased strength over standard needle bearing style u-joints.
